I am happy to introduce myself.
I am S A Manjunatha, a Science Graduate with 3 PG Qualifications in Man Management. I have 3 Certifications in Psychometric Assessments besides Graduation with Landmark Education. I have over 50 Years of Result-oriented experience as a Performing Corporate Employee and an Entrepreneur.
Every individual is born to be a Champion and lead the life of a Power House. When this is so, how come there are several millions of Individuals from across the Globe who is besieged by challenges of varied kinds?
Before finding an answer to this question, it is important to see if there is a pattern to the Challenges. During my stint as a Mentor, I have seen that the Challenges faced by Individuals at any point of time can be categorised under either or both the below-mentioned causes.
One’s Understanding, or rather, the lack of it, about People, and having a
RIGHT conversation with them.
An inappropriate way to overcome diverse Life-stage-related Challenges.
Having understood this, I started working on finding the right answers both the causes. The result has been fascinating.
