My books, once sold, cannot be returned or claimed for refund, as they will be in the form of a soft copy or digital copy and will not be provided as a hard copy or physical copy.
My clients undertake that they have bought my books, courses, or mentoring after a conscious decision and will not lay any claim for a refund of any payment made towards them.
